Return & refund policy

Our foremost goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances that necessitate a return. To facilitate this process, we've established the following return policy:

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number, the receipt or proof of purchase to submit a return.

To start a return, please use the Online Returns/Exchange Portal to generate and print your return authorization (RMA).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return merchandise authorization label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or sent without an RMA label will not be accepted.

With the exception of shipping errors, damages, and/or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include custom items, made-to-order items, closeout items, and gift cards.

All shoes returned without a shoe box or with the shipping label affixed to the shoe box will be subject to a $10 fee.

Items returned incomplete, used or without the original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to thoroughly inspect it before finalizing the delivery with the carrier, and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must carefully examine the package for any signs of damage, missing components, or any indications of tampering with the packaging. Should you encounter any of these issues, we strongly advise you to decline the shipment.

Please be aware that your signature at the time of delivery serves as confirmation of your acceptance of the package in the condition it has been delivered. It is essential to note that any claims made after your signature has been provided might not be eligible for returns or refunds.


Furthermore, in cases where the packaging appears to be damaged but has been left at your doorstep by the carrier, we kindly request that you document the condition by taking photographs of the compromised packages. These images will be invaluable in assisting us to assess the situation accurately and take appropriate action. Once you have captured the photographs, please send them to us immediately for our review.


Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start an exchange, please use the Online Returns/Exchange Portal to generate and print your return authorization (RMA).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label and return merchandise authorization label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or sent without an RMA label will not be accepted.

Oversize items and items shipping freight will be subject to a return shipping cost.


Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage.

Once it has entered Processing, the order may not be canceled.

Once it has shipped, the order may not be canceled.

To cancel an order, please use the Online Returns/Exchange Portal to generate and print your return authorization (RMA).

If your order is eligible to be canceled Iron Bull Strength will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation.

If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved past the “Processing” stage, you may return it following the steps listed above in our Return Policy.


European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us through our support portal.

Return Window
Upon initiating a return, customers will be provided with a shipping label. From the date of receiving this label, customers have a 14-day window to ship out the item.

If the item is not dispatched using the provided label within this 14-day period, the shipping label will be automatically cancelled and rendered invalid, and the return request will expire, making the item ineligible for a subsequent return using the same request.

Customers are urged to comply with this timeframe to ensure a seamless return process.
